Please click the link below if you have a child in need of an individual counseling session(s) and would like to fill out a Counseling Referral Form. Please keep in mind that this is for students with BIG problems, not ones that could be solved on their own, with a friend, with the help of a parent, or a teacher. These are for ones that are beyond all of these helpers and where they need some more help and guidance.  It should also be a problem that is affecting their learning while at school. Examples include: divorce, death in the family, child is having strong emotions, frequently that are affecting their learning (anxious, angry, sad, scared, etc.), a family member who is struggling with a major, or terminal illness, child is adjusting to a big, life change, a parent is incarcerated, etc. We will try to get to your child's referral as soon as possible, but depending on how many we have received, it can take up to a week for us to meet with your child. We will always do our best to make it as soon as possible! 

If your child is in any of the following classes, your child is assigned to Mrs. Weber, and you will fill out this referral form: Gonzalez, Barre, Hamelwright, Roberts, Faulkner, Fredriksen, Bentley, Ashorn, Hansen, Abbe, Desikan, Mueller, Chedsey, Rahman, Cumings, Marcinek, and Grimm

Por favor, haga clic en el enlace de abajo si usted tiene un niño en la necesidad de una sesión de asesoramiento individual (s) y le gustaría llenar un formulario de referencia de asesoramiento. Por favor, tenga en cuenta que esto es para los estudiantes con problemas GRANDES, no los que podrían ser resueltos por su cuenta, con un amigo, con la ayuda de un padre, o un maestro. Esto es para aquellos que están más allá de todos estos ayudantes y donde necesitan algo más de ayuda y orientación.  También debe ser un problema que esté afectando a su aprendizaje mientras está en la escuela. Los ejemplos incluyen: divorcio, muerte en la familia, el niño está teniendo emociones fuertes, con frecuencia que están afectando a su aprendizaje (ansioso, enojado, triste, asustado, etc.), un miembro de la familia que está luchando con una enfermedad grave o terminal, el niño se está ajustando a un gran cambio de vida, un padre está encarcelado, etc. Intentaremos atender ha su hijo lo antes posible, pero dependiendo de cuántas hayamos recibido, podemos tardar hasta una semana en reunirnos con su hijo. Siempre haremos todo lo posible para que sea lo antes posible.  

 

Si su hijo está en alguna de las siguientes clases, su hijo será asignado a la Sra. Weber, y usted rellenará este formulario: Gonzalez, Barre, Hamelwright, Roberts, Faulkner, Fredriksen, Bentley, Ashorn, Hansen, Abbe, Desikan, Mueller, Chedsey, Rahman, Cumings, Marcinek, and Grimm
